Design and Manufacturability Support

Before tooling begins, our engineering team reviews customer drawings for manufacturability. We identify potential issues with draft angles, wall thickness, and tolerance stack-up, and work with customers to refine the design for reliable die casting and machining. This upfront review reduces tooling revisions and helps avoid costly corrections later in production.

Pilot Runs and Validation

After tooling is complete, we produce pilot samples for dimensional verification and functional review. First-article inspection reports are prepared using CMM and 3D scanning data. Any adjustments to the tooling or process parameters are made before transitioning to volume production, ensuring that the approved sample matches what customers will receive in every subsequent shipment.

Stable Mass Production

Once validated, production runs proceed with in-process quality controls at each stage — casting, machining, finishing, and assembly. Process parameters are documented and maintained to ensure batch-to-batch consistency. For repeat orders, tooling and process settings are archived, allowing us to resume production quickly with no deviation from previously approved specifications.
