From Prototype to Production
Before tooling begins, our engineering team reviews customer drawings for manufacturability. After tooling is complete, we produce pilot samples for dimensional verification and functional review. First-article inspection reports are prepared using CMM and 3D scanning data. Once validated, production runs proceed with in-process quality controls at each stage — casting, machining, finishing, and assembly.
